"If You Can’t Protect Yourself and Your Employees, How Do You Expect to Protect Your Patients?”
OSHA training is for all of your office staff and is required by law annually, upon new hire and when there is a change in products and/or procedures. All healthcare facilities are subject to the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard as well as the Hazard Communication Standard.
Both of these standards have very specific requirements, and both
standards require written policies, formal training and documentation of training.
Our programs provide a systematic approach. We establish set processes to meet OSHA requirements, guide you in mandatory documentation, and show you how to implement and measure the success of your program.
We have checklists, guides, templates and up-to-date information.
It's important to know, OSHA has the authority to assess fines for
violations of these regulations and it could cost you as little as $100 for a minor infraction to as much as $70,000 for a “willful” violation. OSHA became the healthcare watchdog with COVID. Are you compliant?

The mission of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) is to save lives, prevent injuries, and protect the health of America’s workers. As part of the Department of Labor, OSHA promotes worker safety and health in every workplace in the United States.

OSHA training for your office is required by law annually, upon new hire, and when there is a change in products and/or procedures. All healthcare facilities are subject to the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard as well as the Hazard Communication Standard. Both of these standards have very specific requirements, and both standards require written policies, formal training, and documentation of training. The clinical portion of our program is the quality of care provided. Your facility will need to show that it provides high-quality health care services in accordance with the principles of professional practice and ethical conduct.
Your office should have a policy in place to prevent and control
infectious and communicable diseases, and to provide a safe and sanitary environment of care, for patients, staff, and all others that enter your facility. The infection control program plays a major role in quality of care.
This course will review the components of providing safe patientcare in healthcare settings. Current infection control protocols based on CDC Standards, and the planning, implementation and evaluation of your current program.
This is an interactive discussion of risk assessment and how to identify what your practice may need for improvement. There will be an update of diseases and disease transmission theory. A review of federal standards and mandatory compliance.
We provide the tools necessary to actually implement the current CDC standards and how to evaluate your program’s effectiveness.
Improvement is ongoing………

OBSc2.jpg
Environment of care stresses the management of risks within the environment of care, which are different from the risks associated with the provision of care, treatment, or services.
Your practice needs to provide a functionally safe and sanitary environment for patients, personnel and the public. Each facility will incorporate a safe management program to maintain a physical environment free of hazards and reduce the risk of human injury.
Our course will show you how to become compliant. We review the use of your equipment, maintenance and safe operations. We discuss risks in the environment such as those associates with safety and security, fire, hazardous materials and waste. We review your utility systems.
When staff are educated in the elements of a safe environment, they are more likely to follow process for identifying, reporting and taking action on environmental risks.

In order to provide quality improvement, there needs to be a
system in place that evaluates your programs. Evaluation provides an opportunity to identify and change inappropriate practices, thereby improving the effectiveness of any program. Quality Improvement must be measured and documented.
If you are seeking accreditation or looking to permit your facility for certain procedures to be performed, you will need to provide to the oversight agency, how you measure your quality improvement.
We provide the education and systems that can be used to measure the success of your programs.

Let us get the necessary programs into your facility and drive the highest quality of care and safety for your practice.
